These Terms govern use of the HandtoHome online store. This is a draft; the Korean version and a professional legal review govern actual operation.

AND Corporation acts as the sales agency for orders. HandtoHome handles fulfillment, shipping, delivery tracking, customer support, and exchange/refund intake and operations.

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer bears round-trip shipping. For defects, wrong items, or contract mismatches, the company bears return shipping. Custom-made cancellation limits apply only when disclosed before ordering and separately accepted in writing.
